Yuanhong’s life experience is kind of an epitome of China’s development in last 20 years. People are always impressed by her perseverance to learn, her kindness to others, and her unique perspectives in discussions. She attributes her success to her character. What she said was mostly shaped by her parents during the early tough life time on the farm. I’m so curious to know how a couple of illiterate parents can raise up such an outstanding female, and I can never hear enough about the stories. It is great to know that she’s compiling all these in this book.
